World Change Day Celebrated Across More Than 100 Cities Worldwide on July 7
Theme of 2025: "Change for Peace" | Celebrations Continue to Grow as Efforts Progress for UN Recognition

July 7 marked the annual celebration of World Change Day, a global event initiated by the International Change Federation in 2018. This year's observance, themed "Change for Peace," was held in over 100 cities across Turkey and internationally, uniting thousands in public events, awareness activities, and moments of reflection on conscious personal and social transformation.
From New York to Tokyo, London to Buenos Aires, and from Baku to Mexico City, citizens gathered in public squares and parks to participate in this year's open-access events. Each activity aimed to encourage peaceful and positive change-within individuals and across communities.

"World Change Day was founded by International Change Federation as a reminder that change begins within-and that conscious change can shape a more peaceful world. Since 2018, July 7 has become a day of collective inspiration and global unity," said representatives of the International Change Federation.

The 2025 celebrations included concerts, dance performances, guided change-breathing sessions, and public talks emphasizing inner awareness and the importance of sustainable transformation. Local municipalities played a significant role in facilitating these gatherings, helping to ensure wide participation and accessibility for all.

International Change Federation expressed its gratitude to all participating municipalities and institutional partners for their enthusiastic support. Special thanks were extended to municipalities and many others, for enabling these events to reach thousands of participants.

Efforts are currently underway to have World Change Day officially recognized by the United Nations as an International Day, a step that would further elevate its impact and global engagement.
