Anyone who leads on a daily basis, bears responsibility and keeps on top of things knows that a strong impact begins with a strong voice and sometimes with a conscious break.

From 8 to 10 August 2025, Uta-Alexandra Kral, an experienced communication and voice coach, is inviting managers and decision-makers to a special weekend: "Stimmzeit - Das Mini-Sabbatical für Menschen mit Verantwortung" at the Sonnenstrahl seminar center in Kißlegg, Allgäu.

Three days that achieve more than 30 meetings - promises the renowned trainer. Instead of business as usual, the focus here is on body presence, resonance and the art of leading confidently and authentically with your own voice.

In the program:

* Breathing and body practice for a new presence.
* Voice training for impact without shouting.
* Strengthen decision-making skills.
* Giving mini-keynotes.
* Time for reflection and personal exchange.
