Uta-Alexandra Kral describes herself as the voice for confident leadership. She is a communication rhetoric trainer, voice and speech coach with 27 years of management experience in the international corporate environment. Most recently as Chief Security Officer in the aerospace industry, she knows that clarity, presence and modulated expression are key to contemporary leadership.

Kral is a certified guerrilla tracker and has ventured to the legendary mountain gorillas of East Africa at an altitude of almost 3000 meters.
