28.06.2025 Workshop in Senden: "Stimmfluencer dank Strahlkraft" - communication rethought

You speak. But nothing sticks?
And what does leadership that moves people sound like? But without volume?

These questions are the focus of the workshop "Voice Fluencer thanks to Radiance", which will take place again on June 28, 2025 at the Feyrer conference hotel in Senden.

The format is backed by two high-profile personalities from the communications scene:
Uta-Alexandra Kral, executive voice coach & rhetoric trainer and Detlef M. Korus, media professional & contact accelerator. Together they bring decades of experience in business, journalism and rhetoric onto one stage and into one room.

"We live in a time in which everyone broadcasts, but hardly anyone _arrives_," says Kral.
"Managers lose impact if they see speech as simple means of transportation. Voice, posture and presence are not an accessory: they _are_ leadership."

The workshop is aimed at specialists and managers who feel that
their communication is their greatest lever and their strongest impact factor.
Because they speak. But what is meant does not always come across.

The day combines well-founded input, clear changes of perspective and concrete practice units for communication that shows substance and generates resonance

Special highlight:
Kral combines almost 30 years of management experience in the aerospace industry - from accounting to IT to HR - with sound rhetoric expertise.
Her most unusual place to learn? The jungle of Uganda.
While gorilla tracking, she experienced first-hand how non-verbal communication of silverbacks makes leadership work. An experience that she likes to share as inspiration in the workshop.
