Rader Group: Results of annual tenant satisfaction survey available
The annual tenant survey provides valuable insights - 60% response rate - satisfaction with communication, service and quality of living particularly highThe Rader Group, under the management of Kevin Rader, continues to focus on transparency and quality assurance in 2024: the results of this year's tenant survey are now available - and show a consistently positive picture. In collaboration with an independent, local survey institute, a total of 579 of the company's tenants were contacted. 60%, i.e. around 347 people, took part in the survey - an above-average response rate that underlines the high level of trust placed in the company by its tenants. Satisfaction remains at a high level General satisfaction with the Rader Group as a landlord is an impressive 92%. Even more pleasing: 94% of respondents stated that they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" overall with their current apartment. The location, floor plan and condition of the properties were praised particularly often. A clear signal for Managing Director Kevin Rader: "We are very pleased with this result. The feedback from our tenants is a central component of our quality strategy. This is the only way we can constantly improve."
Impressive speed of communication
The Rader Group received particular praise for its fast response time: 89% of respondents stated that their concerns were answered within 48 hours - a figure that has improved by another 4 percentage points compared to the previous year. The digital channels, such as low-threshold WhatsApp communication, are particularly appreciated.
Transparent utility bills - service charges in the green zone
The Rader Group also scored highly in terms of operating costs: 87% rated the billing as transparent, understandable and correct. In addition, 82% consider the level of ancillary costs to be "reasonable" or "favorable" - a positive signal, particularly in view of energy prices. "We are constantly investing in energy-efficient refurbishments and sustainable technology - and this is also reflected in the service charges at the end of the day," says Rader.
Furnishings meet modern living requirements
The furnishings of the apartments were rated very positively across all segments. 91% praised the modern design, functional floor plans and features such as high-quality fitted kitchens, well-maintained bathrooms, balcony areas and stable internet connections. Availability and flexibility were particularly appreciated in the co-living segment.
Long-term tenancies as a sign of trust
Another strong sign of satisfaction: the average length of tenancy in the standard rental segment is 8.4 years - a clear sign of stable, trusting tenancies. Even in the co-living segment, which is designed for shorter rental periods per se, the average rental period is 1.9 years - which is above the industry average. Conclusion: quality that lasts - with a view to the future
