Leipzig, August 16, 2025 - The Rader Group, under the management of Kevin Rader, has acquired a residential portfolio consisting of 15 residential units with a total of around 1,145 square meters of living space in Leipzig. The sellers are two groups of owners from the Hanover region. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The economic transfer is scheduled for September 1, 2025.

The apartments are located in the Leipzig districts of Lindenau, Südvorstadt, Gohlis and Anger-Crottendorf. The portfolio currently has a vacancy rate of around 80 percent. Extensive refurbishment measures are planned to make the living space modern and attractive. Two of the apartments are also located in an area that is subject to social conservation statutes. Coordination is taking place closely with the City of Leipzig's Office for Housing Construction and Urban Renewal.

The acquisition was financed by a local bank. The Rader Group will include the apartments in its own portfolio and manage them on a long-term basis. The company attaches particular importance to efficient, internal management. The proximity to the property means that concerns and challenges can be dealt with quickly and directly - a clear advantage over external management.

"We are very pleased to be able to create modern living space for Leipzig's growing population with this step. We would like to thank our business partners for the trust they have placed in us," explains Managing Director Kevin Rader.

With this acquisition, Rader GmbH is continuing its growth strategy and strengthening its presence on the Leipzig real estate market. The annual target of a purchase volume of 9 million euros remains in place and the company is confident of achieving this.
