Telephone training for internal sales increases national and international success
Since 2018, our telephone training for internal sales has been helping Marinetech's sales staff in Bremen to improve their communication and sales skills in the long term. Over the past seven years, we have trained all employees in the areas of new customer acquisition, X-selling and reactivating inactive customers.Marinetech, a globally active and successful stainless steel wholesaler, is characterized by a pleasant working environment and a friendly company atmosphere. There are now five new employees in the back office and Melanie Merz once again conducted a training course with subsequent on-the-job support to increase sales success in Bremen.
Peter Heumüller, Managing Director of Marinetech, is enthusiastic about the training courses: "The content and the subsequent support in the workplace ensure that our employees put the methods they have learned into practice in the long term."_.
A particular highlight: the tried-and-tested IFM key formulations were successfully translated into Polish and have already led to initial successes in the implementation support at the workplace.
