Personal Training to Tone

Press release from: Fitness Trainers To Go Inc.

Dallas, TX, January 25, 2006 -- Stereotypes dictate that while there are hundreds of ways to get cardiovascular exercise, the only surefire way to increase muscle mass is by lifting weights.

Fortunately this is not true.

Dallas-based Fitness Trainers To Go educates their trainers on a variety of exercises that incorporate a revolutionary type of weight – resistance.

“We often hear complaints from clients that they don’t want to become body builders, they just want to tighten and tone up,” said Robert Korngiebel, Fitness Trainers To Go founder and CEO. “Many of the machines offered at gyms are aimed at bulking the muscle and this is not always ideal.”

For this reason Korngiebel is an avid believer in the power of resistance, which builds muscles without bulking the body.

“Resistance training will increase your strength, muscular endurance and muscle size,” according to materials from the USDA.

Resistance training often incorporates resistance bands, which are finding a large fan base among personal trainers, such as those with Fitness Trainers To Go, who use the portable bands and cables with their clients.

“Adding weight pressure to a movement can make more muscles fire, which helps with getting results faster,” said Nicole Masden, Fitness Trainers To Go personal trainer. Masden’s clients enjoy the lightweight, easy to use resistance bands, as well as the sleek, toned muscles they sculpt.

Resistance training can be incorporated into every workout and the cables and bands themselves are inexpensive and easy to use outside of the gym.

“There are just so many possible benefits,” said Masden.

So how can you seamlessly incorporate two new meals – and healthy ones –

Water is equally critical, arguably more so, to

Post Pregnancy Fitness
Pregnancy is a life changing experience. In addition to having a new baby, most moms find themselves with a new body – and one that many are anxious to shape up as soon as possible. The old adage of “nine months on, nine months off” is not a standard that applies to all women. Some moms will shed their postpartum weight within the first few weeks; others will still be carrying

Healthy Grocery Shopping
Dallas, TX, January 24, 2006 -- Dining out is seldom a healthy choice. Between the oversized portions, the chips and salsa or the bottomless bread baskets, restaurant patrons often find themselves leaving full – full of calories, excess sodium and fat. Unfortunately for many Americans, eating in is not always healthier. With the plethora of frozen foods, fast foods and prepackaged foods, a “home cooked” meal can
Health Benifits of Coffee
Dallas, TX, January 19, 2006 -- Recent studies show that a cup of coffee in the morning not only helps to wake you up – it also provides solid, proven health benefits and burns calories. “If (coffee) is consumed on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before a workout, it can boost endurance and prolong fatigue, which aids in fat loss,” said Lady Trainers To Go nutritionist Anna
