Sean Bloom, a young and driven entrepreneur, has unveiled plans for a groundbreaking real estate development project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He emphasized the severity of the affordable housing crisis in Las Vegas, noting that the city faces a shortage of over 100,000 units. "Even just these couple thousand units we're building make us the largest workforce housing project in the United States," Bloom added.

In addition to addressing the housing inventory crisis, Bloom's project seeks to create a significant number of jobs in Nevada, which currently ranks as the state with the third-highest unemployment rate in the nation.

As of March 2024, the unemployment rate in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) stood at 5.1%, a slight improvement from the previous month's 5.2%.

Bloom stressed the importance of job creation, stating, "I believe that people want to work, but they need jobs. Much of our two-billion dollar real estate development plan involves channeling funds into creating construction, remodeling, management, and landscaping jobs."

While the project has not yet been officially launched, Bloom expects to commence work by the end of the second quarter of 2024. He will be working alongside his father, Jay Bloom, a renowned real estate investor and developer.
