Great Lakes Grounds Management [https://www.greatlakesgroundsmanagement.com/] has announced its third and largest acquisition since 2018. In a recent carved out acquisition, Amherst, Ohio, based Great Lakes Grounds Management obtained the commercial landscape maintenance division of Evergreen Tree & Lawncare, Inc.

This acquisition comes as Great Lakes Grounds Management continues to forge an expansion of its service footprint in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties.

Evergreen Tree & Lawncare, Inc., is a highly-rated, family-owned and operated landscaping company based in Elyria, Ohio. As part of the recent acquisition, Great Lakes Grounds Management has assumed all of Evergreen Tree & Lawncare, Inc.'s commercial customer accounts, and the team at Evergreen Tree & Lawncare, Inc., will continue to service their residential fertilizer accounts.

As part of the acquisition, Great Lakes Grounds Management has also attained equipment and employees.
