Evolve.Space Features Multiple Industries Under One Roof

LEESBURG, VA - Father-son pair, Charles T. Matheson and Robert R. Matheson, welcomed independent business professionals, entrepreneurs and local business leaders at a pre-launch reception on March 3rd at Evolve.Space (“Evolve”). Evolve is a new coworking and innovative venture. Guests gained a sneak preview of the roughly 4,000 sq ft. open-space work environment that serves both organizations and individuals who seek value-added, yet stable and dependable space in which to work and collaborate.

Evolve meets the needs of the many entrepreneurs, mobile professionals, freelancers and early-stage/established companies in Loudoun County and the surrounding area who desire a collaborative work environment.

Evolve is the brain-child of Earlyman Ventures. Earlyman, LLC, and its three divisions of consulting, holding company and capital partners’ group, are the creations of Robert R. Matheson. Robert Matheson’s holding company, Earlyman Ventures, invents, brands, rebrands existing and new businesses, among other strategic innovations. Robert is a recognized brand architect and successful entrepreneur, having launched multiple brands and companies since 1997.

Evolve is the physical manifestation of Robert’s vision – a natural extension of the Earlyman Platform. Evolve welcomes start-up businesses and entrepreneurs alike.

In the Evolve endeavor, Robert joined forces with his father, Charles T. Matheson, who owns Waverly Park in Leesburg, Virginia and is a licensed architect and real estate investor. Together, the Mathesons are in the process of converting the entire fourth floor of the northernmost building into the modern and expansive Evolve.Space. The first phase of the project is near completion and now boasts open and dedicated coworking desks, private offices, a high-tech meeting room, a kitchen and a lounge area. Members of the space have access to WiFi, printing, beverages and food, among other perks. The second phase will focus on additional private offices and meeting areas and is slated to open later this year.

Though the grand opening won’t be until later in the spring, the space already has multiple early adopters including Rusty Foster, President of Bow Tie Strategies, whom has moved his formerly home-based PR and communications firm to Evolve. Foster, was named Young Professional of the Year by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, feels strongly about what Evolve offers him, his team and his clients, which is a great collaborative working environment that is a necessary next step for his growing business. Foster was drawn to the space because of the opportunity to “work and collaborate with innovators across multiple industries in and around Leesburg, Virginia” as well as Evolve’s regional and national plans for growth.

The Mathesons have plans to develop coworking spaces in other markets, including Alexandria, Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, Palm Beach, Florida and Charleston, South Carolina. Says Robert Matheson of Evolve, “(it) is a global idea, starting and founded on the local level. It is a unique experience that differentiates for the entire community, especially for businesses and entrepreneurs alike. Our focus is on innovative centers and leaders and go-getters in our community.”
