Beginning this month, Lisa will make a limited number of personal training spaces available each week for private wellness coaching, which offer a time to more deeply explore the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Lisa enjoys this unique opportunity to merge personal training and wellness with her background in contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness practice. Sessions may take place indoors, in a more traditional format, outdoors in a walk/talk format, or remotely via zoom.

Wellness Coaching is a unique and new training method which employs both tradiional personal training with talk thearapy, mindfullness training and even nutritional counseling. We know the inteconnection between physical health, diet and mental well being, and Lisa's Wellness Coaching utilized all aspecs of one's life and mental and physical well being to target and create highly specilalized training programs intended to bring body, mind and spirit together to maximinze health at any age or fitness level.
