Jenny Wong, the new Regional Director of Business Development, is a dynamic, innovative leader. She has deep experience in international hospitality and online travel experience, with a solid track record for increasing market share and driving operational optimization. Having rich experience in managing internal and external stakeholders in a complex matrix structure, Jenny led eight multicultural work groups and collaborated across a range of global cross-functional teams across 6 locations. With 20+ years of working closely with the sales operation team to design and launch strategies for the business, Jenny equips herself with strong sensitivities to market insights and forecasts. With strong communication skills resulting from having worked in the heavy service industry for an extended period, she has developed a good skill set where she can quickly build rapport with clients, allowing her to generate repeat business and long-term loyal business partnerships for the company. She is also an advocate for promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.

Jenny will be stationed in the Sydney office and act as the business sales and development representative for the international market. She will be responsible for promoting the company brand in the overseas market, executing effective sales and marketing strategies, and connecting business sales opportunities through both online and offline platforms to ensure the company's continuous expansion.
