Resistant floor coatings for car workshop and car wash area
Beside remains of fuel and motor oil the floor is exposed to constant wetness and acidic detergents within the wash area. An excellent chemical resistance of the coating products is essential for this application case. Furthermore, an extraordinary high pressure and abrasion resistance is required due to heavy concentrated loads. In comparison to standard flooring systems our Ceramic Polymer products reach a relevant higher operation time.

Coating product: CP-SYNTHOFLOOR BETA 8016 (Primer) + CP-SYNTHOFLOOR 8463 (Topcoat)
The flooring systems CP-SYNTHOFLOOR BETA 8016 (primer) and CP-SYNTHOFLOOR 8463 as self-leveling and self-venting topcoat are applied simply by conventional hand tools. Both systems are solvent-free, hence the application procedure is lot less harmful.

to the integration of microscopic ceramic and other special particles, coating systems with outstanding physical
properties such as excellent chemical resistances, high temperature stabilities and extreme abrasion resistances are
generated. The Ceramic Polymer coatings are applied directly on the blasted substrate (e.g. steel, stainless steel, concrete) without the previous use of a primer. In this way extreme adhesion is achieved. The scopes of the Ceramic Polymer coatings are for instance all kinds of storage tanks, pipelines or process vessels for the oil & gas industry as well as different maritime constructions, waste water or drinking water applications.
