• High solid zinc rich primer, epoxy coatings and polyurethane coatings
• Extreme barrier properties
• Extreme corrosion resistance
• Excellent mechanical strength
• High abrasion resistance
• Fast curing
• Excellent flexibility
• Extreme color retention
• Temperature resistance up to 200 °C
• Immersion qualified
• Splash zone resistant

ISO 12944: Corrosivity classes C5-I, C5-M, IM-1, IM-2, IM-3

NORSOK M-501, Edition 6

Structural steel and exteriors of equipment, vessels piping
and valves (un-insulated) at Operating temperature < 120 °C.

Application for 3-layer-system:
Ceramic-Polymer NK C5-1: 100 µm
Ceramic-Polymer NK C5-2: 120 µm
Ceramic-Polymer NK C5-3: 100 µm

NORSOK M-501, Edition 6

Submerged carbon and stainless steel, including the splash zone at Operating temperature ≤ 50 °C.

Application for 2-layer-system:
Proguard M-ST1: 225 µm
Proguard M-ST2: 225 µm

The new coatings are certified as a 3-layer or 2-layer system, depending on requirements. They can be applied easily by airless or airmix spraying and also by conventional handtools.

The Ceramic Polymer GmbH produces high-quality, solvent-free protective coatings for different kinds of industries. Due to the integration of microscopic ceramic and other special particles, coating systems with outstanding physical properties such as excellent chemical resistances, high temperature stabilities and extreme abrasion resistances are generated.
The Ceramic Polymer coatings are applied directly on the blasted substrate (e.g. steel, stainless steel, concrete) without the previous use of a primer. In this way extreme adhesion is achieved.
The scopes of the Ceramic Polymer coatings are for instance all kinds of storage tanks, pipelines or process vessels for the oil & gas industry as well as different maritime constructions, waste water or drinking water applications.

Ceramic Polymer: External coating of a huge universal tank in Czech Republic
Czech Republic: The external coating of the large tank, which is part of a well-known car manufacturing company, was renovated effectively with the products CERAMIC-POLYMER STP-EP and PROGUARD 169(37). The combination of the primer and top coat provides beside a simple application a durable protection against corrosion – even at extremely corrosive environmental conditions. The tank has a height of 25 meters and is used within the car factory as a
Ceramic Polymer: Internal coating of pressure pipes for “HOL BLANK” still in …
In 2007, the harbor company „bremenports GmbH & Co. KG“ – Department Engineering and Steel Hydraulics Constructions – employed for the new built water injection device the coating CERAMIC-POLYMER SF/LF for the internal coating of pressure pipes. Resistances against the river water and heavy abrasion characterizes this coating product. This year in summer the ship was maintained; the coated pipes are still perfectly intact after 10 years of operation.
