Property investment abroad can be a difficult decision especially with the number of virgin territories popping up weekly. However this doesn't stop one of the old British favorite's from gaining strength.

With a solid infrastructure and sunshine all year round as well as direct flights from the U.K. at least twice a week . It’s not difficult to see why. The only down side if there ever was one is the 4 hour flight from the U.K. This doesn't seem to deter people from searching for their ideal property abroad in Tenerife. Could it be that the time of year really does effect where people decide to buy their property abroad?
