Press release from: Dreams2realty S.L.

Property investment abroad can be a difficult decision especially with the number of virgin territories popping up weekly. However this doesn't stop one of the old British favorite's from gaining strength.

It’s good to see that Tenerife property is still going strong amongst all the euphoria of property investment abroad in virgin locations such as Bulgaria property and Cape Verde property.
Tenerife (Better known as the island of eternal spring) in the Canary Islands is still an overseas property favorite for the British buyer in their quest for that dream property abroad.

With a solid infrastructure and sunshine all year round as well as direct flights from the U.K. at least twice a week . It’s not difficult to see why. The only down side if there ever was one is the 4 hour flight from the U.K. This doesn't seem to deter people from searching for their ideal property abroad in Tenerife. According to the team at http://www.d2rworldwide.com the latest internet search figures show Tenerife property with almost as many search results as some of the other major European players.

Search results up to January 12th 2006
28901 Almeria property
25000 Bulgaria property
18600 Tenerife property
18500 Costa Blanca property
8000 Costa del Sol property

Could it be that the time of year really does effect where people decide to buy their property abroad? If that is the case then with the changing seasons in England some people may find them selves procrastinating for the rest of their lives. Just as their property abroad becomes one step closer in their mind the weather changes and somewhere else becomes more attractive. For the sake of Tenerife property let’s hope it rains all year in the U.K.
