Berlin, November 13, 2014 – DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft, Potsdamer Str. 58, 10785 Berlin, (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6/WKN A0Z23G), listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has optimized its ticket distribution with a view to a sustainable increase in results within the Group. In this connection a long-term distribution cooperation has been entered into with Ticketmaster GmbH, which continues the cooperation which started in 2005. With this step, the established partnership with Ticketmaster and the associated highly attractive distribution channel have been sustainably secured. Moreover, DEAG will sell its stake of 10 percent in Ticketmaster Deutschland Holding GmbH to the parent company Ticketmaster NVH Inc., Delaware/USA, in order to place the focus of the cooperation exclusively on operational collaboration in the field of distribution. The sale of the shares and the new structuring of the agreement safeguard earnings in a definite seven-digit range for DEAG.

As a result of the cooperation, the two partners can further extend their longstanding collaboration. In parallel, DEAG will continue its efforts to set up its own ticketing distribution. This is to establish an economically improved distribution mix with an optimum value added and simultaneous flexibility. The combination of an own direct distribution platform with the proven distribution partnership with Ticketmaster results in high margins for DEAG.
