Techno Brain Launch its New BPO & Call Centre facility in Tanzania

Techno Brain BPO / ITES, the business process outsourcing & IT enabled services division of Africa’s leading IT Solutions & IT Training services provider Techno Brain Group, launched its Tanzania operations on 6th October 2014 in Der es Salaam, Tanzania.

Techno Brain’s new facility will be offering Voice, Data, Knowledge Process Management and IT Enabled Services tailored to the global outsourcing industry. Focusing on Africa 1st, Techno Brain brings leading technology solutions to the market through internally developed products, strategic partnerships and acquisitions in order to facilitate access to the best of breed in Information Technology solutions. Techno Brain’s BPO/ITES exhibited its IVR and Helpline solutions mIVR and mSecured respectively. Both solutions have been designed to deal with social problems such as child and women abuse.

The occasion saw Hon. Prof. Makame Mbarawa (MP) Minister of Communication Science and Technology, Govt of Tanzania, gracing the ceremony as the guest of honour. Dr. Hassan Mshinda, Director General of Costech Senior Government officials, chief executive officers from Techno Brain’s partners and clients also graced the occasion.

Techno Brains’ Chairman, Mr Mahesh Patel, stated during the launch “This day is therefore not only significant to Techno Brain, but to Tanzania as a whole, who will now be able to benefit from Techno Brains BPO & ITES services”.
