Jann Rowe Joins Hayes Martin Associates, Inc. As Director of Account Services

Industry veteran Jann Rowe has joined Newport Beach-based Hayes Martin Associates, Inc. as Director of Account Services. Rowe brings extensive experience and knowledge of the home building and developing industry with her to the 20-year old, award-winning agency. In this newly created position, Rowe will work with agency clients and their respective account teams providing proficient forward thinking, strategic planning and creative solutions. Her tenure leading the marketing development for prominent Southern California developers promises to elevate the already strong Hayes Martin Associates’ account services department.

Prior to joining Hayes Martin Associates Inc., Rowe most recently held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Lennar’s Orange Coast Land division overseeing the marketing of three Orange County master-planned communities. She also served as Director of Marketing for Lewis Operating Corporation where she was responsible for the marketing of the company’s premiere master-planned community, The Preserve at Chino.

Rowe began her career in marketing communications in 1988 at a successful Orange County-based agency gaining extensive knowledge in all facets of agency business. She worked her way through the ranks to the position of Vice President of Client Services. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Art History from UCLA. She is an active participant in the Building Industry of Southern California as well as the Sales and Marketing Council.
