Well Known BITS alumnus Lohit Sahu Founder Director Phyzok talk on Analytical Thinking at JMA Pilani

Brain child of alumni from top ranking institutions in India today BITS Pilani IIT IIM, Phyzok Learning Solutions LLP uses scientific concepts to imbibe analytical thought process into students' minds and brings the 'Let the Apple Fall Again" feeling.

Lohit, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, is a young first-generation entrepreneur currently working in education space. His firm, Phyzok, has pioneered Customized Flipped Classroom Model in India. Lohit has been awarded with "The Star Entrepreneur of the year" for 2012 at the 5th Indira International Innovation Summit. Businessworld Magazine had listed Lohit among the top 10 Hottest Young Entrepreneurs in India (2011). Lohit is also the recipient of the prestigious BITSAA Global 30 Under 30 Award (Category: Entrepreneurship) for the year 2012.

Over the past few years Phyzok has touched several lakhs of students in different geography and demography to understand how the education delivery system can be made lean and multiple times effective. CBSE has started promoting Flipped Learning. BBC covered Phyzok Flipped in their october issue. Pearson’s published a case study on Phyzok in their book on entrepreneurship alongside Google and RedBus because of Phyzok’s seamless Bootstrapping business mode.

Lohit also holds a Diploma in Music (Tabla) from Indira Kala Sangeet Mahavidyalaya. Lohit is also a mentor at BITS Pilani’s global course on New Venture Creation and has been invited as a Judge/Speaker at the “Young India Fellowship”, IIMs, national business plan competitions etc. Lohit has been invited as a guest speaker at CBSE’s Annual Conference 2013, LearnShift India Conclave 2013, InspirED (Teach for India) Event etc.

On 21 July 2014, Lohit Sahu addressed the students and faculty of Jamuna Mishra Academy JMA Pilani which is one among the top ranked and highly sought after schools in Pilani Rajasthan. Speaking on analytical thinking with a variety of examples, he literally had the students eating out of his hands. Principal Mrs Booma Natarajan welcomed and introduced Lohit Sahu to the audience as well as proposed vote of thanks.
