The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Confirms Business Expert Gloria Larkin to Speak at the 2014 World Congress

Baltimore, MD – June 18, 2014 – The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) has booked national subject-matter expert and TargetGov President Gloria Larkin and established contracting lawyer Jerry Miles, Esq., to speak at the 2014 World Congress taking place July 27-30, 2014 in Washington, DC at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center.
