Young talents succeed in the Skat-Online League Mastership
Within the actual project of encouraging young talents Skat.com and Skat-Turniere.de underwrote for 10 Skat playeres below the age of 30 and took over accomodation and entry fee of the Skat week in Kirchheim, Hesse.The choosen young talents got a training session at the half time of the 12 runs tournament „SeePark-Cup“. The young players brought their own expiriences coming from the first six runs of the tournament to the attention of trainer Walter van Stegen. In a small seminar basics for a good game as well as Grand Hand examples were discussed. „The seminar itself was worth the travel“, said Bjoern Walther. As supported talent he successfully improved his strengh after the seminar and reached the 18th place in the SeePark-Cup. In the 4th German open single mastership of the Skat-Online League he landed in the first third, at place 71 of the ranking list.
The Skat-Online League donated additional money for already aktive young Skat players under age of 29. The three best players qualified, Martin Merkel (Platz 23), Janine Keller (Platz 37) und Martin Däuber (Platz 38), won the prices.
