Skat week signed by young talents promotion
Kirchheim/Hessen – This year´s Skat week offers different highlights to the participants. From the 11th until the 15th August the conference hotel in Kirchheim is scene of the SeePark-Cup. Additionally the first three places of this 12 series tournament are directly qualified for Skatropoly, a Skat competition pairing online Skat and classical tournament arrangements.The weekend is then dominated by the 5th open German Single Mastership of the Skat-Online League, playing a 6 series tournament. A get-together party the evening before is a welcome opportunity for all internet Skat players to meet each other personally. Besides the daily , tandem and mixed the total valuation of the Skat week over 18 series is eagerly anticipated.
Here some of the young players reached good places last year and increased their Skat skills during the tournament, due to the seminar by Walter van Stegen. „All in all I can say, that I learned far more in this single week than I ever could imagine“, said Bjoern Walther, one of the successful newcomers in the first young talent promotion. Because of the high popularity of www.skatseminar.com the Skat week 2008 stands for Skat players under the age of 30.
