Water existing as a solvent in food is referred to as free water being in products such as rice cakes, noodles, fish cakes, bread, sausage, etc.

By using special wrapping paper, the possibility of rusting and moisture inflow is reduced.
Available for products with a moisture content of 25% or higher (AW 0.8)
