BCI ready to launch Asia-focused BPO Certifications in India

The Texas-based BPO Certification Institute Inc., (BCI) the world’s largest BPO Certification body, is all set to launch its Asia-focused CCIP Certification for the first time in India.

The Certified Customer Interaction Professional (CCIP) Certification program, which has been developed after 18 months of Credentialing research in BCI’s BPO Competency Research Center, carries stringent eligibility requirements and is targeted at young fresh talents who have spotted BPO as a career.

Hero Mindmine, BCI’s prestigious partner in India is finalizing a fresh bouquet of new BPO Training products embedded with CCIP Certification. These offerings will serve the Certification needs of talents who desire to train before seeking the CCIP and also for a vast multitude of youngsters who do not require training.
