Version 19 of List & Label Reporting Tool Will Be Released This Fall

The List & Label reporting tool will soon be available in its 19th version. According to software vendor combit, the new version of the developer component will be released in early November. List & Label 19 offers even more interactive reports, new chart types and many innovations for .NET and web developers. "After we achieved substantial performance gains in List & Label 18, version 19 now brings great new features for end users," says Jochen Bartlau, Managing Director and Head of Development List & Label. Especially the more interactive options in reports will catch the eye: report parameters and collection variables ensure that data can be displayed filtered and processed in an ideal way. Expandable regions and interactive sorting in tables allow the user to customize the report directly in the preview.
There is news in the charts section, too: shapefiles are now available in List & Label. With the included geo shapefiles of countries and continents data can be visualized on a map. Moreover, the user has almost unlimited possibilities when working with his own shapefiles: for example, it is possible to recreate seating plans of event rooms. Funnel, pipeline and ring complete the chart types for vivid reports. Web and .NET developers will be pleased with the new data providers OData and REST. combit is one of the few launch partners for Visual Studio 2013, so List & Label 19 will be completely compatible with it. Windows 8.1 will be supported too. The new version is DPI-Aware, meaning the display is ideal for high-resolution displays, for example when using tablet PCs.
Until October 23, 2013 an Early Bird Offer applies, giving customers particularly favorable conditions when purchasing a new version or an upgrade for List & Label.
