The aim is to increase the productivity and quality and to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements. In order to achieve this, BPOut develops the concepts and implements solutions that have been developed specifically for the customer in order to improve the system and thus make a simpler and more effective way of working possible in the long term.
At the same time the project teams in Hamburg and Toulouse grow bigger, e.g. the New Crown Plateau team that includes both senior engineers and project managers. In addition to concepting the design and finding technical solutions BPOut engineering experts are responsible to maintain a continous information flow between suppliers and various departments as well as to introduce optimized processes. To support these activities, BPOut project managers create and implement new KPI’s and tools and enable its automatic creation.
By being part of the project this team belongs to creators, developers and designers of a trendsetting aircraft. They hold the responsibility for developing and keeping up efficient processes from the initial conception and design of the aircraft to its completion and finally production.
In case of another new project , the focus is on modifying electrical systems according to new installations in the galley area due to the adjustment of the equipment to the requirements of the airlines. Here, various components need to be developed and documented, drawings and bills are analyzed and validated.
These recent developments make the whole BPOut Team feel very optimistic towards the final months of the year and the start of the year 2014.
Specialized in project management, engineering and consulting, BPOut is a solid partner and project executor for various technology industries. With references from industries such as ship building, renewables and IT services as our background and basis, the branch of aerospace and aircraft manufacturing is the core of our operations and main scope of work.
