Thomas Hartwig, a young and creative chef at the Theodor Tucher Restaurant, felt inspired by the pictures of Wolf Wonder.
Six of the 24 pictures on exhibition at the Restaurant, inspired him to create a six-course meal. A selected choice of six unusual wines from the Rheinhessen Vineyard Hofmann will be served to round up this very unusual constellation. All pictures originated at the artists studio between 2001 and 2007.
Simultaneously one of the artist’s main work’s – Wolf Wonders ”Faces” - is being shown at the RFA Gallery near Checkpoint Charlie.
Wonder’s ”Faces” is a documentary of the individual human being within his being, his essence and his presence.
”Wonders integrative point of view and his believes that body and mind build one unity, the face reflects and stands as the synonym for the whole person, because his identity is present in every part” says the curator Susanne Meyer.

The RFA Gallery was established by Klaus Kauffmann at the beginning of 2005. Today the gallery is located in a listed historical building right in the heart of the art and gallery scene of Berlin, on Zimmerstraße 11. The gallery represents contemporary, international art with the main focus on the Berlin artists, Wolf Wonder and Esther Rebel.
