Press release from: Mox Telecom Group

Expected turnover 2007 of up to 6.50 million Euro, rapid turnover gain

Ratingen, 2007-08-29 - Since its market entry in March 2007, Mox Telecom Arabia lists increasing turnover figures. As the managing board of Mox Telecom AG in Ratingen announced yesterday, an increase of 80 % in comparison to the previous month is expected in September. Therewith the subsidiary located in Dubai managed a start exceeding all expectations. Mox Telecom Arabia will already be in the black during its first business year. For the business year 2008 the strong-growing foreign markets will contribute about 52 % to the overall turnover of Mox Telecom AG.

Mox Telecom Arabia enfolds the sales area North Africa, Middle East and Asia. Focussing on high quality international telephony, the telecommunication company Mox Telecom AG primarily concentrates on countries with a high percentage of migration.

Especially throughout the states in the gulf region and South East Asia the percentage of migrant labourers contributes up to 85 % to the total population. Those migrants are to a large extent from Bangladesh, China, India, Pakistan and the Philippines and thus have a great demand of international telephony. Since common communication carriers are in many cases state modulated in the host countries, charges are mostly not affordable for the guest workers. This provides an opportunity for Mox Telecom AG to occupy market niches and sustain them in the long-run by offering high quality yet low-priced international telephony.

Since Mox Telecom AG has recognized this trend at an early stage the company already started to build up the branch in Dubai in January 2006. Due to the successful market entry the managing board in Ratingen expects Mox Telecom Arabia to achieve a turnover of up to 6.5 million Euros by the end of 2007. For the upcoming year a doubling in sales is expected. These positive estimations are stressed by the company’s current efforts to establish global acting sales offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Russia.
