Genesys is a global cloud leader in customer experience orchestration in more than 100 countries. Consilium is an ISO 27001 certified global CX software vendor with 14 years of continuous investment in Genesys contact center technologies. The AppFoundry allows Genesys customers from all market segments to discover and rapidly deploy a broad range of solutions that make it easier to interact with consumers, engage employees and optimize their workforce.

The Consilium products available on AppFoundry are from Consilium's AI-powered Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), which combines management, interactions and intelligence capabilities.
