Loma Linda University Promotes the Ancient Eastern Meditation Arts of "Sunset Yoga"
There is yoga, and then there is sunset yoga. What is the difference? Sunset yoga, according to Yogapedia.com, is a faster way to "connect" with the "transformative process" for meditation and becoming one with the "Universe." Yogapedia.com says the following about sunset yoga:
"When watching a sunset, every living being in our vicinity is simultaneously experiencing this incredibly powerful transformation. Through this shared experience, we can access the often evasive sensation of oneness with all Creation. Routinely fostering the relationship you have with the sun as it rises and sets allows us to become more connected to ourselves as the microcosms of the solar system and entire Universe that we are."
There is a widespread revival of eastern practices among Christians in western societies. In many churches, prayer is being replaced with eastern meditation, theology is being replaced with eastern philosophy, and now at Loma Linda University, one of the Seventh-day Adventist Church's premier institutions of higher learning, you can learn about divinity and sunset eastern divination.
