Recruiting does not work if you are not networking and giving back to the industry (one of our core values of Give Back and Accountable). As part of our movement to reboot the recruiting/hiring process, we are connecting with influencers who feel the same way regarding reformation of the industry. One of the ways we do that is through networking. We are networking and giving back by partnering with Jonathan Lee, growth consultant whose LinkedIn profile reads; "Jobseeker Advocate • Helping Businesses Find the Best Candidates" and 11.5k+ followers. Each week, Jonathan provides a post for jobseekers to list if they are open to work, and then he also provides a form for recruiters and hiring managers to post the jobs they are working on. By the end of the week, he has facilitated introductions between the jobseekers and recruiters/hiring managers who are faithful to assist jobseekers.
