Welcome New Team Member and HQ Move!

Great things continue to happen at Samurai Hire! We just finished our 2nd week with a new staff member, Marcus Sanchez. Marcus's temporary title is "VA/Recruiter/HR Generalist".

Marcus comes to us as a Human Resources Generalist with 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience that includes establishing hiring strategies, requirements gathering, talent assessment, interviewing, pipeline growth, rate negotiation and candidate on-boarding. A proven track record of using my excellent personal, communication and organization skills to lead and improve cross-functional departments, recruit excellent personnel, and improve department efficiencies. Team player with excellent communication skills, high quality of work, driven and highly self-motivated. Strong negotiating skills, business acumen, ability to work independently and extensive experience with Boolean searches, social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, X-Ray, Google searches) and internal database search methods. Extensive background in multi unit supervision at the District/Regional Manager level. My experience has enabled me to work in the field as a multi unit supervisor as well as in the Corporate office environment.

We are excited to have Marcus and already have "fire hosed" him to the Samurai Hire EOS V/TO, Accountability Chart, L10 Meetings, and he is reading "What the Heck is EOS?" as part of his onboarding training.

Other changes this month include our move of our headquarters to South Boston, Massachusetts. We are excited about the move and already have started networking with local companies and candidates as we continue to build the traction that is part of the fast growth pace that is Samurai Hire. It has truly been an exciting six months!
