2022 - New Hire, 2022 Theme and more for Samurai Hire, LLC

Samurai Hire, LLC Hits the ground running in 2022! Our first announcement is our new hire and virtual assistant, Kathryn Poniatowski. Kathryn is from Lansing, MI, and has extensive social media, promotions management, history with furniture and flooring, and the most recent position of a newscast director. Kathryn will be helping us with searching for candidates based on job description criteria, screening incoming applications for must-have skills and experience. She will also be scheduling in-person and video meetings, following up with candidates about the next steps in the interview process, and staying connected with high potential recruits that do not get hired immediately. Said another way, Kathryn will be assisting with The Three S's (sourcing, screening, and scheduling) of recruiting. Scoring perfectly with the job target and her assessments, her first day with Samurai Hire, LLC is 31-Jan-22.

Kathryn shares, "Virtual Assistant work for Samurai Hire, LLC will offer a unique blend of fast-paced task lists and the flexibility of remote work that allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds. My previous experiences have given me a solid base to apply to this position. I love the opportunity to work with a company as passionate and driven as I am. I enjoy detailed duties, creative thinking, and most importantly, I am skilled and happy in a position that revolves around people."

Our theme for this year will be "Essentialism," and be on the lookout as we start an article series (January 2022) on "essentials" related to candidates and jobseekers and will continue to offer those monthly. We will be helping companies and candidates find the right fit with our talent optimization tools. Talent optimization helps businesses avoid the sting of resignation by putting people in roles where they soar. Companies with the right people in the right roles have a 42% lower turnover.
