New On-demand UV ink jettable primer from Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc.
UV jettable primer
The Natron JP254 is for in-line use with Ricoh Gen 4 and Ricoh Gen5 print heads.
This UV inkjet primer can be used with existing printing heads. If this is not an option, the UV inkjet machine can be retrofitted with an additional print head and UV-LED light source. The primer is controlled via software as needed.
Natron JP254 primer has undergone rigorous testing to ensure perfect ink-jettability, printability, and adhesion on tough substrates to print.

This UV jettable primer is printed instead of getting wiped onto the object. Ink-jetting the primer allows for accurate registration and faster production times. Because the machine is capable of spot priming only the areas of the substrate that will be accepting ink. Additionally, less primer is used, which keeps printing costs down while increasing print quality.
This Natron JP254 primer is available in 1Litter bottles.
