Russia Customer Spoke Highly of DS12F15 Tyre Type Mobile Crusher from DSMAC
The customer is from a quarry in Russia. With the influence of the environmental protection and energy saving concept, they decided to cooperation with the enterprise, which have strength also have equipment energy-efficient R & D ability. After the cooperation with DSMAC in 2012, the customer found the mobile crusher had good performance and brought him more profit than expected.
DS12F15 tyre type mobile crusher is a newly designed rock crushing & screening plant, flexible, convenient and strong in mobility, so this series mobile crusher can save a large amount of construction capital and relocation cost. Raw Materials can be crushed by the impact crusher and other crushing equipment of the portable crushing plant at the locale without being transported again and also can be moved with the promotional exploitation of the raw material, which saves a large number of transportation costs. Therefore, the high quality product brought the customer more profit, meeting the client’s requirements.
Thanks to the success of the cooperation with Russia customer, he wants to order more crusher spare parts now, including cone crusher concave, jaw crusher plate, and so on. DSMAC jaw plate is is made of super high manganese steel, not the traditional high manganese steel, the chrome jaw plate have more abrasive resistance. Also the cone crusher concave is is using new composite cast, having a long service life, which is three times than the ordinary concave. Also it has super wear resistance, and can be adapt to the bad mining conditions, which is extremely harsh, abrasive. In the future, it is believed that more DSMAC products will be exported to lots of countries and regions to bring customers more wealth!
