New Artificial Sand Making Method - Dry Type Sand Making Line

It is well known that the traditional building aggregate comes from artificial sand and natural sand excavated from rivers. However, with the development of construction, there are less and less natural sand, which is finally gradually substituted by mechanical sand.

The artificial sand is mainly made from various rocks or stones, so the sand has the features following:
1, The artificial is usually mixed with large amount dust content, and sand washer is needed. So the water resource is becoming the limitation of stone production line.
2, The crushing processing is complicated, and usually covers larger areas.
3, It needs large investment of capital construction, and has great damage of environment.

In order to solve these problems and meet customers’s need, DSMAC put forward the dry type sand making line after research and trial repeatedly. Dry type sand making machine is often used in dry type sand making line. After crushing, most granules are within 5mm. The dry type sand making has no limitation of environment, reduces production investment, owns better grading, and more helpful for environment. For artificial sand making, the dry typesand making line has these advantages:
(1) Adjustable fineness and grading range: the equipped frequency control system can regulate the production mode based on raw material characteristics, reaching the purpose of standard sand fineness and power content.
(2) Adjustable power content: stone powder separator can control power content within the requirements.
(3) Good environmental performance: equipped with special dust removal system, having less raise dust and lower noise less than 90dB.
(4) Covering small area, having compact layout and high automation: covers an area of 35 meters x 20 meters, needing just two staff in each production line per class.

In this sand making line, it adopts stell frame structure, comprehensive mechanism sand, bucket ascension, windmill screen, whirlcone, duct catcher, belt conveyor, and so on to realize modular design. The advantages of dry type sand making line is visible, including lowering cost, better grading, environmental-protecting, avoiding limitation of water resource. Therefore, the dry type artificial sand making method is believed to be popular and brings customers more profits.
