Project Background:
With limestone as the raw material, the cement usually invests on aggregate production and artificial sand making. On the has of rich experience, DSMAC provide limestone crushing line. This production line can provide aggregate as building material and artificial sand. Therefore, this crushing line can both offer superior fine materials and excellent sandstone, artificial sand.

Project Analysis:
1, Process design: this crushing line adopts three crushing stages with closed circuit. The raw material is firstly fed into primary crushing machine DPC1818 hammer crusher, and then is crushed in secondary crusher XPCF150 high efficient fine crusher, and later the tertiary crusher PCX1280 VSI crusher makes the reshaping, and 3YK2460 circular vibrating screen is added finally. So the whole crushing process can provide the required final products for customers.
2, Production and installation: it just cost more than two month of the crushing line’s process design, crushing equipment production, installation, operation, etc.
3, Investment and profit: the final product of fine material for cement plant and artificial sand for sandstone market can promise the normal operation of this crushing line. At the same time, the sandstone and building sand is the new profit growth point, bringing obvious economy profit.
