The Largest Sandstone Production Line Will Appear on April

Early on May 2011, DSMAC contracted the famous 20000tpd aggregate production line for Changjiu Quarry in Henan province. For this project, the contractor DSMAC inspected the working site and designed the reasonable production line according to customer’s requirement. The whole investment is about 20 million yuan, but the final production is 6 billion tons high quality aggregate, so the investment will be taken within half a year. Therefore, the high profit attracted more attention from home and abroad.
However, DSMAC did not satisfy the current achievements, and recently the 40000 tpd sandstone making plant was researched out. The debut of this largest sandstone production line for customers all over the world on the exhibition is the new improvement of the mining machinery. This crushing line is widely applied for the powder process of mineral ore, bauxite, diamond dust, glass raw materials, building materials, artificial sand. It possesses high efficiency and high performance. Besides, the crushing machines have low maintenance and low operating cost, but high productivity output per hour. The final product is of cubical shape with grounded edges, which is widely used in concrete, building, construction. Besides, Special feed opening structure makes it possible that center feeding and ring feeding comes together, in order to meet requirement of different stones.
The appearance of this largest production line breakthrough the record of no 10000 tpd sand making linein China, making Chinese mining machinery ascending into the front rank on the world. This final products from this crushing plant is high cleanness, good shape, being in accord with the standards for construction.
