DSMAC Supply the Largest 800tph Limestone Crushing Line for Russia of This Year

Early in the middle of 2012, the Russia consult on DSMAC’s official website about the limestone crushing line. According to the material features of the quarry in Kolomna District, Moscow region, Russia and the customer’s requirements, the engineer group designed a crushing plant, but the agreement failed. Through the salesman’s negotiation with the customer by nearly 100 emails and the engineers’ amendment of the design for three times, the customer and DSMAC signed the contract valuing about 600,000 dollars on December. It is an affirmation of DSMAC crushing and screening plant in Russia.
This crushing plant contains a series of crushing machines equipped with feeders and screens, and that is hopper + BW1500*800 apron feeder + PE1200*1500 jaw crusher + PYS-B1626 cone crusher + 4YK2460 circular vibrating screen + belt conveyor. Based on the given feeding size of 1000mm, this crushing line can provide the required materials of 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm, 40-70mm, which meet the customer’s requirement perfectly and could maximize the benefit. Besides, as the primary crusher, the jaw crusher in this line has the capacity of 400tph to 800tph, and the cone crusher contains the function of light weight, excellent performance, convenient maintenance and operation, etc.
As the largest order of this year, DSMAC pays more attention to it and offer help from different aspects, which is conducive to extend the Russia market for the enterprise. DSMAC president Lu Hongbo expressed that “Russia is a very important market for us, and we want to be part of the future development of the fast growing construction market. We judge this project as a significant contract of an attractive, growing market area. With extensive product range and high technology of stone crushing equipment, we can meet the requirement of customers.”
In this project, DSMAC has successfully won it after competing with other ten mining equipment supplier. Until now, the contract has been signed, and the products are hoped to be delivered very soon. This success of 800thp limestone crushing line left the Russia customer good impression, which also solids the foundation for DSMAC’s extension in Russian.
