Tracking Report of DSMAC River Stone Sand Making Line in Peru

In May 2012, a contract of a 200tph river stone sand making line was signed between DSMAC and a famous company. After three months’s design, equipment production and debugging, this sand production line was put into practice in August. Until now, what’s the condition of this sand making line after about half a year? The customer sent us the photos yesterday.

According to the project leader Mr. Bill from Peru, the raw material is river stone, and present the whole set of crushing equipment are accord with the production standards. The final products can be divided into 5mm to 20mm aggregate, 20mm to40mm sandstone, and 0.5mm sand, 0.8mm washed sand, which could meet the market demand for sand with different standards. Now the whole set of production line performs well and has less failure rate, and can provide higher degree final products.

There are huge market for artificial sand in South America, such as in Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and other developing countries. The sand making line from DSMAC is the ideal equipment for sand making, especially the VSI crusher. With the following features, the VSI crusher is the prime choice for sand making line.
First, lower wear costs per ton. In some cases average wear part lives have increased by 50%. This means less maintenance time and higher crusher availability.
Second, crushing ratio easy adjustable as per rotation speed modification (the machine can be quickly tuned to face process needs).
Third, high capacity (up to 400 TPH). A denser particle population in the chamber will give more effective reduction and improved shape.
