FIRST ROUND OF PROMOTION AT BONN STEICHEN & PARTNERS

Leading independent Luxembourg law firm, Bonn Steichen & Partners, continues its growth with the appointment of former counsel Linda HARROCH to new Partner and the promotion of two Counsels and one Senior Associate.
With more than twelve years' experience in private equity and corporate law, Linda Harroch has been promoted to Partner at BSP. She advises major international companies, PE firms and real estate funds on fund structuring and formation as well as on structuring and financing of international buy-out transactions, joint-ventures, corporate reorganisations, merger and acquisitions as well as corporate governance matters.
Valérie Kopera has been appointed Counsel. Her practice is mainly focused on corporate law and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on shareholders’ disputes. With over eight years of experience, she has developed a strong expertise both in contentious and non-contentious cases.
Corporate Law specialist, Christèle Pierre-Alexandre has also been promoted as Counsel. She is in charge of matters related to private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring for national and international clients. Before being admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, Christèle was a lawyer in the financial engineering department of one of the “Big Four” firms in Luxembourg, a discipline she is still practising today.
James Murphy, has been appointed Senior Associate. Heavily involved in various corporate law issues, James has been assigned to complex M&A matters.
