GIA Attains Gold Certified Partner Status in Microsoft Partner Program

2010-07-08 -- Global Intelligence Alliance (GIA), a global strategic market intelligence and advisory group, announces that it has attained Gold Certified Partner status after a rigorous audit and evaluation process through the Microsoft Partner Program. GIA is the only strategic market intelligence and advisory company to be recognized by Microsoft in this manner.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are shown to have the knowledge, skills and commitment to help their customers implement technology solutions that match their exact business needs. They are the top level of Microsoft solutions partners who have access to tools and support from Microsoft that will help them stand out even more in the marketplace. To gain accreditation, all Gold Certified Partners must employ Microsoft Certified Professionals, acquire at least one Microsoft Competency, submit customer references and fulfil customer satisfaction requirements though Microsoft’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT).

GIA’s skill and focus in helping their customers implement technology solutions through its state-of-the-art market intelligence software, Intelligence Plaza®, earned it an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Competency under the Microsoft Partner Program in 2008.

Intelligence Plaza is a market and competitive intelligence software for organizations seeking a sophisticated tool to automate routines and bring structure to their intelligence operation. For end users, this customized application provides a personalized and easy-to-use web interface with collaboration, search and email alert features. The Intelligence Plaza is available to clients either as a license-based purchasing model or as a hosted solution.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partners specialize in developing packaged software solutions based on Microsoft technologies and receive exclusive benefits and support from Microsoft.

“Our clients look for market intelligence partners who can bridge the gap between their actual business needs and technical capabilities. They need partners whom they can trust as technology experts and strategic business advisors for their long-term strategic market intelligence plans,” said Petteri Verronen, Director, Operations and Support.

“We are very pleased to be recognized as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, as it provides access to advanced Microsoft technical and developer support and the latest versions of Microsoft software, service packs and software. This means we are able to build high quality market intelligence tools to market even faster, and help provide even more positive customer experiences and satisfaction,” said Verronen.
