Workshops by Knürr - Experts Meet Experts

“Measure – Test – Automate” will be the order of the day 11 October in Stuttgart. This will be the slogan for invitation to Knürr Technical Furniture’s fifth workshop. The focus this time round will be on automation, process control and measurement and regulation technology in the automotive and electronics industry.
Knürr’s workshops are becoming more and more popular among industry experts, and they also form an amicable framework of specialist discussions, presentations and active networking with industry colleagues. Gerhard Buchbauer, General Manager explains: “Knürr has been inviting people to informative workshops for two years now. Presentations on current applications and future-oriented technologies, plus a wealth of information exchanging between insiders from diverse industries are exactly the content we want the workshop to provide. Knürr’s workshop initiative is broadening horizons, helping to find new solution methods, and with process optimization and definition of best practice applications, it is also creating additional value creation for the companies that participate.”
The workshops are oriented towards industry decision-makers and users, project managers and technical, strategic buyers, in facility management, for example. Other participants include representatives of certification organizations, trade associations and, of course, manufacturing firms.

The topics of the previous four workshops were “Police Operations Centers – Efficient and Future-Oriented”, “Efficient Traffic Technology: Rail – Air – Road – Water”, “The Modern Control Station as an Instrument of Safety” and “Focusing on the Process Control Station”, which were all intensively discussed and explored.
