Fulda. This year's Ethernet & IP @ Automotive Technology Day is taking place for the tenth time. Ethernet experts from all over the world will come together in Munich on the 3rd and 4th November. TSN Systems, measurement technology expert and specialist in the field of Time Sensitive Networks, will be sponsoring the event for the first time.
By establishing this industry meeting, the organizer IEEE SA (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association) has created a global platform for the exchange of expert knowledge in the field of Automotive Ethernet: Stakeholders from the entire vehicle supply chain as well as the car manufacturers themselves, engineers, scientists, Ethernet experts and, of course, representatives of the media will discuss implementation possibilities, fields of application and analyze the associated challenges during the two days.
This year's host is BMW. Exhibitions, presentations and the network dinner will take place in the studios of the BMW FIZ project house.
TSN Systems, this year's bronze sponsor of the prestigious event, will be present with both a company stand on site in Munich and an online exhibition booth.
"The market for Ethernet in the automotive sector continues to grow rapidly. Multi-Gigabit and TSN are already in the design phase for future architectures.
