The HEUFT spotter SF combines the technologies for foreign obejct detection, fill level check and closure control in one device.

From the returned case inspection to the label inspection: HEUFT will be showcasing almost the total range of systems and tools for the in-line quality assurance of product and packaging as well as the optimisation of the efficiency of entire filling lines on Stand 5/309 at the Brau Beviale 2012 exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany.

Innovations which simply detect more such as the HEUFT InLine IXS X-ray empty bottle inspector and the HEUFT spotter SF for an extensive full container inspection will be presented. Furthermore current further developments can also be seen – for example the even more efficient version of the HEUFT canLine empty can inspector and the optimised audiovisual user guidance of the new HEUFT prime full container check which is now ready for series production. The exhibition highlights also include proven solutions for optimising the container flow such as the HEUFT streamer C corner combiner, the HEUFT synchron conveyor control system and the HEUFT XY rejecting and sorting system.

In addition the following HEUFT products can be seen on the significantly larger exhibition area - Stand 5/309:

- the HEUFT LGX with a sidewall inspection, capable of learning, for extensively testing the quality of returned crates

- the HEUFT SX for specifically sorting empty bottles

- the HEUFT VX for an effective filler and closer management

- the HEUFT TORNADO W for the high-speed wet glue labelling of full bottles

- the HEUFT FinalView FO for a final container inspection with optimised software for an even more precise label inspection

- the HEUFT PROFILER for permanent production data acquisition (PDA) and line analysis

As usual all these solutions from the HEUFT modular system will be presented live and in action.
