How to Design R&D Contracts in Practice

A safe and sound contract design is an important prerequisite for the successful management and implementation of every R&D project - with or without European or national funding. Proper contract design can avoid financial risk or loss of intellectual property, protect research results, preserve their economic value and avoid unnecessary disputes.
