Gateway Ticketing Systems provides the attraction, amusement and transportation industries with clever solutions for efficient ticketing and scanning. With Galaxy Roam, the Quipos handheld devices are directly integrated with Galaxy and transforming it into a mobile POS. Communication between the handheld and Galaxy server is via Wi-Fi or 3G cellular technology, enabling tickets to be sold anywhere Wi-Fi or 3G connectivity are available. With a couple of clicks, tickets can then be validated from the same handheld device. Hospitality solutions can also be easily integrated at any time. Galaxy maintains an overview of revenue and sales at all times; and sales operators can react quickly to bottlenecks or queues at checkouts or entrances.
