In 2020, current events brought unique challenges. Moving quickly, WEN Boston pivoted to virtual events aimed at providing programming for engagement and education within our three pillars: Expertise, Career Development, and Community. WEN Boston hosted a virtual CrossFit session, five expert series featuring prominent women in the energy field, and several professional development webinars. All were well attended. The board continues efforts to launch programming targeted at female executives for 2021 to foster greater collaboration and communication between senior leaders in the Boston area.
